Africana Star is a community-driven business created to uplift and empower. We are an LA based Sola Salon specializing in dramatic cuts and unique inner & balayage coloring. Our goal is to make our clients glow from inside out. We support businesses by promoting clothing, culture, and creativity, while also creating opportunities for our returning citizens through our youth mentorship programs and financial literacy. Our mission is to blend cultural pride with workforce development, helping individuals build skills, dignity, and sustainable careers. CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY By booking an appointment with Africana Star, you agree to the following cancellation terms: Cancellation Fee: An $80 cancellation fee will be charged for any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. No-Show Fee: An $80 fee will be charged for failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice. Payment: Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid in full before rebooking future appointments. Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (two full business days) before your scheduled appointment time to avoid fees. Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be communicated to Jackie at 818-770-9814 via phone call or text message. Agreement: By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this cancellation policy.
